We can provide you with return shipping label that you can print. Contact firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number to receive your return shipping label. The cost of using our return ticket is 9 EUR. When paying thru Klarna, 9 EUR will be left when the return is received. With card payment, the refund will be adjusted, where 9 EUR will be retained.
When returning an item, you must pack the item in a solid bag or box and return the goods to us in good condition. Even shoe boxes must be returned in paper or extra cardboard so that no address labels are stuck on the shoe. Keep in mind that you as the customer is responsible for the return until we have received and registered it, so always save your receipt. It can sometimes take up to 14 days for a return to come to us and be processed at our warehouse.
